How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited and next-day delivery options for last-minute celebrations.
Can I return unused party supplies?
Yes, we accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom banners and helium tanks are non-returnable.
Do you offer helium inflation services for balloons purchased elsewhere?
We primarily inflate balloons purchased from our store. However, select locations may offer inflation for outside balloons for a nominal fee, provided they meet safety standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Party City gift cards.
Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?
Absolutely! Our 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' service is free and usually ready within two hours of placing your order.
